Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC that he founded in 2007. Additionally, he is director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is passionate about empowering the next generation of biblical counselors. He serves an active member of the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
